Web Developer Trainee

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Web Development Trainee to join our growing development team. This role is ideal for candidates who are currently enhancing their skills through online and offline training programs, including certifications from prestigious institutions such as IIT and NIT. As a trainee, you will be mentored by a trainer with 1 to 2 years of real-world experience in web development. You will receive hands-on exposure to current technologies, work on live projects, and apply the knowledge you're gaining through structured courses. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and maintenance of web pages and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other modern web technologies. Collaborate with the development team on front-end and back-end tasks. Participate in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of existing code. Support UI/UX improvements and ensure websites are responsive and user-friendly. Apply concepts learned from IIT/NIT certification programs to live project scenarios. Follow guidance and feedback from a trainer with 1–2 years of professional development experience. Attend regular training sessions, stand-ups, and workshops as part of your learning process. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a course in web development. Enrolled in or completed recognized certification programs (e.g., from IIT, NIT). Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and version control (Git). Familiarity with frameworks such as Bootstrap, React, or Node.js is an advantage. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and apply new skills.
