Hajimari Intern, Product Development (NARS)

The Shiseido Hajimari Summer Internship program offers a paid, full-time, 9-week internship experience for college students, providing hands-on exposure to the product life-cycle in a leading beauty company. Interns will work closely with the Specialty Product Development team, gaining valuable insights into product development, marketing, and packaging processes while contributing to impactful projects. Responsibilities: Support Specialty Product Development team in all aspects of developing products for launch Conduct competitive research as needed by category to support formula and collection ideation Work with Product Development Manager to learn shade approval process Create Marketing Bulletin templates to understand holistic view of launches from a product development and marketing standpoint Assist team in preparing hand samples, fulfilling comp requests, and creating swatch videos Gain exposure to packaging development process for all limited-edition collections & eye categories Maintain and organize product closets Requirements: Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor's degree Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
