The analyst relations manager will help build and implement a successful, results-oriented Analyst Relations Program for Shipsy. As part of the product marketing team, you will build relationships with key analysts to help create a category while positioning Shipsy accurately and positively in existing research reports. You will work collaboratively with global colleagues across product and marketing to create and share information on Shipsy with multiple analyst firms.
Responsibilities
● Help manage and execute a targeted, strategic Analyst Relations plan
● Build relationships with select industry analysts, serving as a central point of contact and facilitator of all inbound and outbound engagements with analysts
● Own research participation and secure positive placements in key reports by managing logistics, spokespeople, RFI reviews and submissions, briefings, demos and fact checks. ● Work with multiple internal teams to deliver quality information to analysts in a timely manner. ● Manage and staff program activities such as briefings and inquiries, including scheduling meetings, preparing briefing documents, collaborating on presentations, etc.
● Synthesize and share key analyst content internally, and work with subject matter experts to respond where appropriate.
● Maintain analyst relations database and calendar and support measurement and analysis activities.
Qualification
- 4+years of analyst relations experience in the high tech industry, preferably in software. - Experience working with technology industry analyst firms.
- Proven success working with cross-functional teams e.g., product, product marketing, PR, etc.
- Highly organized project manager with the ability to work on multiple projects independently. - Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
