About the role
In a variety of areas and on projects assigned by your immediate management, you will assist the CT Support Analysts/Vertical Leads with the standard tasks listed below and described by explicit SOPs. You will have the chance to gain professional skills and learn about various verticals and sectors of our business. Control tower support tickets are processed and tracked, with tickets escalated as necessary to guarantee prompt follow-ups, high-quality, and precise remedies. assisting the operations team with routine chores as specified in Confluence tasks by using a variety of communication tools, such as Jira ticketing for non-urgent communication and Slack for direct and urgent messaging. Check in with our fulfillment centers to make sure that B2B statuses, inbound statuses, and outgoing packages are all within SLA. As specified in the SCO ticket SOP, follow up on and finish supply chain operations tickets every day. This supports inquiries from our teams that deal with merchants. assisting our merchants with order delay resolution, shipping label purchases, and label generation correction.
