Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Shift Supervisor. The Shift Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity during assigned shifts. Key responsibilities include managing a team, monitoring workflows, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires coordinating schedules, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining operational efficiency to achieve production goals.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate team members
• Experience in workflow monitoring and production oversight to ensure operational efficiency
• Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards within a production environment
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address issues in a timely manner
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet production deadlines
• Prior experience in food production or manufacturing supervision is a plus
• Diploma or degree in management, manufacturing, or a related field preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations during assigned shift
• Lead and manage shop-floor team to achieve production targets
• Ensure adherence to GMP, hygiene & food safety standards
• Monitor product quality and minimize wastage
• Handle manpower planning, shift scheduling & attendance
• Coordinate with QA, maintenance & other departments
• Maintain production reports and shift documentation
• Ensure smooth machine operations and reduce downtime
• Train and guide team members for performance improvement
