🚨 We're Hiring: Shift Incharge – Operations
📍 Location: Rayagada, Odisha
💼 Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Power Plant
⭐ CFBC Power Plant Experience Preferred
🎓 Qualification: B.Tech / DME with BOE Certification (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Operate and monitor Boiler, Turbine & Auxiliary Systems
✅ Coordinate plant startup, shutdown, and normal operations
✅ Handle troubleshooting, emergency situations, and process abnormalities
✅ Ensure safe operation of Coal Handling & Ash Handling systems
✅ Maintain operational records and follow safety protocols
✅ Work in rotational shifts
