Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Manager based in Mandideep. The Shift Manager will oversee daily operations during designated shifts, ensuring the smooth execution of all processes. Key responsibilities include supervising team members, managing workflow, maintaining health and safety compliance, troubleshooting operational challenges, and coordinating with other departments to meet organizational goals. The role requires maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency while fostering a collaborative work environment among team members.
Qualifications
- Strong Leadership and Team Management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively.
- Operational Oversight expertise, including managing workflows, resource allocation, and troubleshooting issues during shifts.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations to ensure compliance and support a safe working environment.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities to address operational challenges promptly.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively interact with team members and other stakeholders.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing settings is a plus.
- Educational background in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
- Flexibility to work in a shift-based schedule and adapt to dynamic operational demands.
