Role Description
This full-time on-site Shift Manager role will be based in Delhi. As a Shift Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure team productivity, and maintain high service standards during your shift. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with company policies, achieving customer satisfaction, managing inventory levels, and leading a team to meet operational goals. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day business activities.

- Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team to achieve productivity and service excellence.
- Operational Expertise: Strong skills in managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company protocols, and handling inventory levels efficiently.
- Customer Service: Dedication to customer satisfaction with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities to resolve issues promptly.
- Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to make real-time decisions effectively under pressure.
- Preferred: Prior experience in the food service or retail industry, a bachelor’s degree in business management or related fields, and familiarity with food safety standards.
