Job Title: Shift Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily kitchen and outlet operations. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of shifts, maintain quality standards, and manage staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations during assigned shifts
Supervise kitchen staff, packaging team, and helpers
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
Handle customer orders and ensure timely delivery
Manage staff attendance, duty allocation, and discipline
Resolve customer complaints and operational issues
Maintain stock levels and coordinate with inventory team
Ensure proper opening and closing of shifts
Basic excel knowledge
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in restaurant/cloud kitchen operations
Good leadership and team management skills
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Good communication skills
Salary:
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience)
