Role Description
Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters is seeking a full-time Shift Manager for its on-site location in Bengaluru. The Shift Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth service and maintaining high-quality customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring team members, maintaining inventory and supplies, ensuring adherence to quality and hygiene standards, and addressing customer feedback. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to achieve targets and implementing strategies for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in team management and leadership, with the ability to guide and motivate staff to achieve their best performance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with experience in inventory management and daily operational oversight.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on enhancing customers' on-site experience and resolving concerns promptly.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards within a café or F&B environment.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges in fast-paced environments.
- Previous experience working in a café, restaurant, or any customer service-based role is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations for managing records, orders, and schedules.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management are advantageous.
