Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Manager based in North Barrackpore. The Shift Manager will oversee day-to-day operations during assigned shifts, ensuring the efficient handling of store activities, including resource management, inventory control, and staff supervision. Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth workflows, addressing operational challenges promptly, adhering to organizational standards, and working collaboratively with teams to achieve operational goals. The Shift Manager will also strive to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while fostering a supportive working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in team management, conflict resolution, and leadership
- Strong organizational and operational management skills, including inventory oversight and workflow coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with teams and resolve customer concerns
- Ability to use warehouse management tools and systems proficiently
- Problem-solving capability with a focus on meeting business objectives
- Prior experience in retail, supply chain, or logistics is a plus
- Adaptable and flexible to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field preferred
