Role Description
This full-time on-site role for a Shift Manager/Production Officer is based in Dahej.
The role involves overseeing daily production processes, ensuring quality control, and meeting production goals. Responsibilities include being involved and supervising production shifts, adhering to regulatory and safety standards, optimizing manufacturing workflows, and ensuring yield and quality of product without any downtime. The Shift Manager/Production Officer will also collaborate with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and maintain product quality.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Manufacturing processes and operations
- Knowledge of Distillation Operation
- Experience in Research and problem solving within production processes
- Ensure safety compliance during shifts
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills specially with shift chemists to ensure safe operation of plant
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is a must
- Experience in Continuous Plants/Process will be preferred
- Knowledge in Catalysts will be preferred
Transport on fixed route from Bharuch and food service is included.
