Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Shift Incharge based in Kochi, with flexibility for occasional work-from-home arrangements. The Shift Incharge will be responsible for supervising daily operations, maintaining an efficient delivery process, ensuring team performance, and managing inventory. This role involves coordinating with team members and addressing operational challenges to achieve business goals efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience in team management and operational supervision
- Inventory management and supply chain operations knowledge
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Basic understanding of delivery management and logistics
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic environments
- Proficiency in using technology to track and optimize processes
- Prior experience in a similar role or the retail sector is a plus
- A high school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage
