Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Incharge at The HealEat Cafe, located in Mumbai. As a Shift Incharge, your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, leading the team, ensuring high service standards, maintaining inventory, scheduling shifts, and assisting staff with customer service as needed. You will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in handling daily operations, shift scheduling, and task delegation
- Proficiency in customer service and relationship management
- Knowledge of inventory management and order processing
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the foodservice industry
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is an added advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus
