We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Shift Incharge – Last Mile Operations to join our team and manage day-to-day last-mile delivery operations.
📍 Location: Valliyur

🕐 Shift: Rotational Shifts
👤 Experience: 2–5 Years
🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate / Relevant Experience
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor day-to-day last-mile delivery operations for the assigned shift.
• Ensure timely dispatch, delivery and closure of shipments.
• Manage delivery executives and ensure optimum manpower utilization.
• Monitor daily operational KPIs such as delivery performance, productivity, attendance and SLA adherence.
• Track and resolve delivery exceptions, customer issues and operational escalations.
• Coordinate with Hub, Transport, Customer Support and other teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure proper route planning, shipment allocation and delivery execution.
• Monitor attendance, productivity and performance of the team.
• Conduct regular team briefings and ensure compliance with operational processes.
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS / operational reports.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards and SOPs.
🔹 Candidate Profile
✅ 2–5 years of experience in Last Mile / Logistics / E-commerce / Delivery Operations
✅ Experience in handling delivery executives and shift operations
✅ Good knowledge of operational KPIs and MIS reporting
✅ Strong communication and team-handling skills
✅ Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
✅ Willingness to work in rotational shifts
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel will be an added advantage
