Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Shift Incharge role located in Amta-II. The Shift Incharge will oversee and manage daily operations during their designated shift, ensuring smooth logistics and transportation services. They will supervise staff, monitor workflow, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to company protocols. Additional responsibilities include managing schedules, solving operational challenges promptly, and reporting to management with updates on daily activities and key metrics.
