Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Incharge at Ananda Dairy, located in Bulandshahr. The Shift Incharge will oversee daily operations during their shift, ensuring efficiency and compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include managing production processes, coordinating with team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and troubleshooting operational challenges. The role requires effective communication and leadership to ensure smooth workflow within the facility.
Qualifications
- Experience in production management, team supervision, and process coordination
- Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control standards in dairy or food processing
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to lead a team
- Familiarity with dairy production processes or similar industries is preferred
- Proficiency in computer applications relevant to factory operations and reporting
- Educational background in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or related fields is an advantage
