Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for the position of Shift Executive. The responsibilities include managing daily operations and supervision during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards at the facility, and addressing operational challenges efficiently. The Shift Executive will collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and maintain production timelines, all while ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Operational Skills: Experience in managing shift operations, process supervision, and production line efficiency.
- Leadership and Team Management: Capable of leading team members, troubleshooting issues, and driving performance excellence during shifts.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Knowledge of safety protocols, quality control, and regulatory compliance for food processing operations.
- Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills: Ability to address challenges promptly, maintain operational records, and ensure smooth workflow.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate across teams and document operational activities effectively.
- Relevant background in food processing, manufacturing, or related industries is highly preferable.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Operations Management, or a similar field is a plus.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
