Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain all MEP systems including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, DG sets, STP, WTP, UPS, and Building Management Systems.
- Monitor daily operations of all technical equipment and utilities.
- Attend breakdown complaints and ensure timely rectification.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities as per schedule.
- Maintain daily logbooks, checklists, and maintenance records.
- Monitor HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, chillers, pumps, and utility equipment.
- Ensure proper functioning of fire alarm and firefighting systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance activities.
- Conduct routine inspections of plant rooms, utility areas, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for energy saving.
- Support audit activities and closure of technical observations.
- Prepare incident reports, maintenance reports, and technical documentation.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety in plant rooms and work areas.
- Respond during emergency situations and coordinate with concerned teams.
