About the role

The Associate Designer plays a supportive role in designing and enhancing software applications, products, websites, and digital products across the organization. The incumbent possesses foundational knowledge and experience in UX/UI design principles, practices, and frameworks. The incumbent will work collaboratively with users and key stakeholders across the organization to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points to support solutions that provide seamless and engaging UX and UI. They will be assisting in the creation of design assets, including wireframes, storyboards, personas, prototypes, and design specifications under the guidance of more experienced team members. Additionally, the incumbent will be involved in user testing and usability studies to validate design decisions. In this role, the incumbent will support the development and implementation of user-focused design solutions that align with business objectives. They will contribute to a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation to drive consistency and design quality across applications and digital products. The Entry-Level UX/UI role will develop their communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and solutions to key stakeholders, developers, and other members of the product team. They will work under the direction of their Manager or more experienced team members to execute on design strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives and drive the delivery of high-quality digital products and services.
