We are looking for a rare breed of leader: an **In-House Shelter Manager** for our 250+ dog rescue facility in North Bangalore. This is not a 9-to-5 job; it is a residential role for someone whose lifeās work is animal welfare.
**The Mission:**
Our shelter never sleeps, and neither does our commitment. We need a manager who will live on-site and serve as the ultimate guardian of our residents. You will be the person who steps in when no one else canāwhether that means driving the ambulance at midnight, administering a life-saving injection, or handling our most difficult, aggressive rescues.
**What You Will Do:**
***Operations Head*: Handle daily operations and staff with your calm and assertive demeanor. Delegating and ensuring work is done at the drop of a hat. Time management is critical.
* **Be the Safety Net:** Fill any gapādriver, paravet, or rescuerāwhenever required.
* **Lead the Team:** Recruit and manage a dedicated staff in a professional, inclusive environment.
* **Maintain the Standard:** Keep an eagle eye on hygiene, medical records, and stock management.
* **Handle the Hard Cases:** Take charge of aggressive dogs and high-stakes rescues with total composure.
