About the role
The Shell Graduate Programme is a two-year development programme that offers you the opportunity to build a rewarding career at Shell. You'll get to work on real projects, gain hands-on experience, and receive on-the-job training and support to develop your skills. The programme aims to develop your capabilities in one of our business functions, such as Operations, Engineering, Projects, Commercial, Finance, and more. During the programme, you'll have the chance to work on different assignments, giving you a broad understanding of Shell's business and helping you decide which area you want to focus on. You'll also have a dedicated mentor to support your development and career progression. By the end of the programme, you'll be ready to take on a permanent role within Shell.
