The Shell Graduate Programme offers you the opportunity to explore your potential and build a rewarding career in the energy industry. Depending on your background and interests, you could be placed in a variety of roles across our global business, from engineering and IT to finance and business operations. The programme lasts 24 months and has three different streams to choose from: - Technical stream: Develop your technical expertise in areas like engineering, geoscience, or research and development. - Commercial stream: Apply your business knowledge to roles in functions like trading, marketing, or strategy. - Functional stream: Grow your capabilities in roles supporting our operations, such as in human resources, finance, or digital technology.
