Intern (Engineering / Business fields) – Thailand

Our 2025 Internship Program will open across 2 functions:
1) Lubricants Supply Chain – Looking for Engineering students
2) Lubricants – Looking for Business students
Lubricants Supply Chain
We are looking for talented engineer to join our well designed internship program. You will be assigned to join selected departments to learn about our exciting operation.
Department – Blending
Study to improve Lubricants Blending processes and optimize energy and plant utilities consumption
Study to improve blending activities by applying Lean Manufacturing such as Spaghetti diagram, plant layout and man/machine movement
Study to develop digital form to deploy paperless tasks
Analyze data of pump in blending for project improvement
Support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and CI program
Department – Filling
Study to improve filling automation machine/loss time
Study to develop digital form to deploy paperless tasks
Study to improve products quality/engineering control/visual control
Study to improve machine breakdown and maintenance program
Support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and CI program
Department – Grease
Study to improve Grease production processes and optimize energy and plant utilities consumption
Study to improve batch cycle time of grease production
Study to improve grease activities by applying Lean Manufacturing
Qualification:
1st – 4th year student or Master's student from Engineering background (Preferred Chemical Engineer, Mechanical / Mechatronic / Robotic Engineer, Industrial Engineer)
Fluency in English (Both written and verbal)
Strong leadership, analytical and systematic thinking skills
Good communication and coordination skills

Scope of Work:
Market & Consumer understanding:
• Conduct market visits to understand consumer behavior, competitor landscape & strategies, pricing and category movement
• Analyze market data and consumer feedback to identify opportunities and barriers to growth
• Gather consumer insights to drive repeated purchase and continuous product improvement
Marketing & Brand Development:
• Develop and implement testimonial ideas from product samplings and purchase
• Execute marketing campaigns, launch events and various marketing activities such as product sampling, digital marketing initiatives, in-store promotions
Sales & Distribution Strategy:
• Implement and execute strategies to drive product penetration and revenue growth
• Monitor sales performance and monthly KPIs target
• Monitor distribution expansion according to targets
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external)
Who we are looking?
1st – 4th year student or Master's student from Business related background
Fluency in English (Both written and verbal)
Strong leadership, analytical and systematic thinking skills
Good communication and coordination skills
