Role Description
We are seeking a Sheet Metal Plant Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. The Plant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency across manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include managing plant operations, supervising production planning, enhancing operational workflows, ensuring the timely delivery of manufacturing outputs, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards. The Manager will also lead a team, identify process improvements, and ensure that the plant meets company objectives effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Plant Management, including managing workforce, resources, and plant efficiency
- In-depth knowledge of Plant Operations and Manufacturing Operations
- Experience in Operations Management and optimizing operational performance
- Proficiency in Production Planning and coordinating workflows to meet product quality and delivery timelines
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively under deadlines
- Familiarity with safety regulations, quality control standards, and sustainability practices
- Relevant academic qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines
- Previous experience in metal, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus
