<div>We are seeking an associate attorney for our growing insurance defense/personal injury firm located on the North Shore of Long Island (Glen Head). The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience handling cases involving premises liability; Labor Law claims; automobile liability; and dog bite litigation, from inception to judgment. Trial experience is not required but is a plus.<br><br>WE ARE OFFERING A SIGN ON BONUS FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE!<br><br>
</div><div>Responsibilities include:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Significant client contact from beginning to end</li>
<li>Frequent and timely reporting to clients and insurance carriers</li>
<li>Drafting pleadings, responding to discovery demands, review and analysis of medical records</li>
<li>Conducting and representing clients at depositions</li>
<li>Court appearances in Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and all NYC courts </li>
<li>Preparing and responding to relevant motions</li>
