- Administrative support with employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and leave programs.
- Coordinate new hire benefit enrollments, life event changes, and annual open enrollment activities.
- Support HR activities including onboarding, offboarding, employee data maintenance, and HR audits.
- Assist with HR projects including bonus and merit planning.
- Support compliance efforts including I-9s, EEO reporting, audits, and policy adherence.
- Prepare HR reports related to benefits, headcount, and compensation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation
