Programme Details The Analyst Development Programme is designed for young professionals looking to pursue a career in financial services, providing you with the opportunity to develop a broad base of skills and knowledge across a variety of disciplines within Shawbrook Bank. Over the course of the two-year programme, you will gain exposure to different teams and functions, including Risk, Finance, Operations and Commercial, through a series of rotations.
