Airside Operations

Sharjah Aviation Services is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Airside Operations professional to join our dynamic team. As an Airside Operations Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our airside facilities, including aircraft handling, ground support equipment management, and airside safety and security procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and oversee the timely and safe movement of aircraft on the apron and taxiways - Manage the deployment and utilization of ground support equipment, ensuring their optimal performance - Implement and enforce airside safety and security protocols to maintain a safe operating environment - Liaise with various stakeholders, including airlines, ground handlers, and air traffic control, to ensure seamless airside operations - Monitor and report on airside activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions - Provide training and mentorship to airside operations team members - Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and company policies Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in airside operations or a related field - Strong knowledge of aircraft handling procedures, ground support equipment, and airside safety regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Proficiency in English, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities - Valid UAE driver's license and airside driving permit (preferred)
