About the Role

We’re seeking Certified Peer Support Specialists who are passionate about helping others through lived experience. As a ShareWell Specialist, you’ll facilitate both 1-on-1 and small-group sessions for members navigating challenges like anxiety, trauma recovery, caregiving stress, or major life transitions.

This is a remote, flexible, contract-based role that allows you to choose your schedule and lead sessions from anywhere in the U.S.

What You’ll Do

• Lead 1-on-1 and small-group peer support sessions on the ShareWell platform
• Model empathy, recovery principles, and peer-based support values
• Maintain confidentiality and foster psychological safety in every conversation
• Draw from your lived experience to provide support and connection

What We’re Looking For

• Certification required: You must be a Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS, CRPS, PRSS, or equivalent) recognized by your state.
• Experience facilitating peer-based conversations or recovery-oriented sessions
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for hosting online sessions
• Compassionate presence and strong active-listening skills
• Familiarity with trauma-informed and recovery-based principles
