Job Title: SharePoint Platform Consultant (ECM)
Experience: 4–7 Years

Role Overview
We are looking for a SharePoint Platform Consultant who can independently manage internal Enterprise Content Management (ECM) activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SharePoint and be capable of handling end-to-end implementation, customization, and support with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain SharePoint platforms (Online/On-Premise)
- Handle internal ECM activities including document management, workflows, and content structuring
- Design, develop, and customize SharePoint solutions based on business requirements
- Create and manage document libraries, lists, permissions, and governance policies
- Automate workflows using Power Automate / SharePoint Designer
- Ensure data security, access control, and compliance standards
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and deliver requirements
- Maintain documentation and best practices for SharePoint usage
Required Skills
- Strong experience in SharePoint Online / SharePoint 2016/2019
- Good understanding of ECM (Enterprise Content Management) concepts
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in handling internal ECM systems independently
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
