Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions, including sites, lists, libraries, and client-side customizations.
- Build and support SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts and extensions while following coding standards and best practices.
- Integrate Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, Power Platform, and Microsoft Graph, to deliver scalable collaboration solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions, and optimize usability, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with team members, management, and internal stakeholders to deliver business requirements and refine solutions through customer feedback.
- Proactively identify technical challenges, recommend solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 technologies.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 3–5 years of overall experience with 1–3 years of relevant experience in SharePoint Online Microsoft solutions.
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online, PnP PowerShell, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Practical experience with SharePoint Online (sites, lists, libraries, permissions, SharePoint Admin Portal) and automation tools such as Power Automate and Azure Runbooks.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, including PnP PowerShell and SharePoint Online Management Shell.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and foundational knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to follow development processes, standards, and best practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services, integration techniques, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Experience with AirTable is an advantage.
