• Administration, Management and maintenance of SharePoint On-Prem farms.

• Provide 3rd line (L3) end user support for SharePoint On-Prem (2010\2013\2016) and O365 services.

• Mentor 2nd line support for core M365 components and services.

• Manage Office 365 Cross-functional capabilities (Licenses, reporting, services and settings).

• Configure and maintain site collections, list, web parts, workflow and integrate SharePoint with other MS products.

• Proficient in Spoken & Written English.
