Mandatory Skills
- 6 8 years of experience in SharePoint development/support and workflow solutions
- Strong hands-on experience in SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016
- Expertise in designing and implementing Nintex Workflows (Classic & Modern)
- Strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Hands-on development using SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- Strong understanding of SharePoint customizations and solution design
- Good communication skills with proven delivery track record
Desirable Skills - Experience in Asset Management / Real Estate / Finance / document-heavy domains
- Exposure to Agile delivery environments
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools: JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket
- Experience in SharePoint custom development using:
- JavaScript
- PowerShell
- CSOM
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SharePoint-based solutions and workflows
- Design and implement scalable Nintex and Power Platform solutions
- Customize and extend SharePoint using SPFx and scripting
- Support migration, enhancement, and production issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams for delivery
