📌 Job Summary

Aria Holding is seeking a skilled Platform Specialist – ECM to lead the implementation and management of a global Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform. This is a greenfield initiative focused on building a centralized content repository across multiple business units and geographies.

The role combines technical expertise, data governance, and project leadership to ensure enterprise-wide consistency in content storage, classification, security, and accessibility.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Global Repository Implementation

• Lead end-to-end implementation of the enterprise-wide ECM solution
• Design repository architecture, metadata models, taxonomies, and folder structures
• Gather requirements and drive phased rollout across departments and regions

2. ECM Configuration & Administration

• Configure user roles, access permissions, and workflow automation
• Manage retention schedules, compliance rules, and system configurations
• Oversee user provisioning, license management, and access reviews
• Integrate ECM platform with enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, CRM)

3. Content Governance & Compliance

• Develop and enforce enterprise content governance policies
• Define classification frameworks, tagging standards, and lifecycle rules
• Ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001

4. Stakeholder Management & Support

• Act as a liaison between IT, business teams, and vendors
• Conduct user training, onboarding, and documentation
• Establish a network of content owners and governance champions

5. Monitoring, Reporting & Optimization

• Monitor system usage, adoption rates, and data quality
• Analyze KPIs and generate reports for leadership
• Drive continuous improvements in usability, structure, and automation

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in ECM, data governance, or IT project roles
• Hands-on experience with at least one ECM platform:
• Box
• SharePoint
• M-Files
• OnBase
• Experience implementing ECM solutions in multi-entity environments
