Role :- Lead & Senior Developer

· Senior Experience range - 4-6 yrs
· Location : Remote
1. Requirements & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work directly with business users to understand enhancement needs, clarify requirements, and translate them into actionable technical tasks.
- Participate actively in requirement discussion sessions and provide feasible technical recommendations.
- Document user requirements clearly and convert them into well‑structured Jira user stories.
2. Jira Management & Acceptance Criteria
- Create, maintain, and refine Jira tickets with properly defined acceptance criteria, dependencies, and effort estimates.
- Ensure all technical tasks and bugs are accurately tracked and updated throughout the sprint lifecycle.
3. Quality Assurance & Test Case Ownership
- Prepare detailed test scenarios and test cases in Jira/AIO aligned with the acceptance criteria.
- Execute functional, regression, and integration tests for both self-developed features and peer-developed features.
- Validate bug fixes and ensure readiness for deployment.
4. Development & Technical Delivery
- Lead development of new features, enhancements, and defect fixes across multiple Drupal websites.
- Contribute to code quality through peer reviews, reusable components, and adherence to coding standards.
- Provide technical inputs for sprint planning and release readiness.
5. User Demos & Approval Management
- Demonstrate completed features to business stakeholders.
- Capture feedback, track changes, and follow through until business approval is obtained.
- Ensure timely closure of user sign-offs before deployment.
6. Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for new features, workflows, and configuration changes.
- Update user guides and internal runbooks when functionality evolves.
- Ensure continuity of knowledge for ongoing support work.
7. Release & Go‑Live Coordination
- Collaborate with the Lead and wider IT team to plan sprint releases, UAT cycles, and production deployment schedules.
- Support post‑release validation and ensure issue-free go‑live transitions.
