Role
This is a full-time role for a SharePoint Developer at NextGen Digital Solutions. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining custom solutions on the SharePoint Online platform along with developing applications using Power Apps. The role requires strong technical expertise, a solid understanding of SharePoint and Power Platform best practices, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, end-users, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom SharePoint Online and Power Apps solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Customize SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and libraries for organizational needs.
- Build and manage applications using Power Apps.
- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Power Platform, Office 365).
- Develop and manage workflows using Power Automate.
- Leverage SharePoint APIs, REST/SOAP services for application integration.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve SharePoint and Power Platform application issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with business users and team members to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Maintain documentation, best practices, and perform system updates/upgrades as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in SharePoint Online development and administration.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience with ASP.NET, C# is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint APIs, web services, REST/SOAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in interacting with stakeholders.
