SharePoint Developer:
Job Description: Require highly skilled Senior SharePoint Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in building, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise-level SharePoint solutions. The candidate needs to be expert in the modern SharePoint ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development, Microsoft 365 integrations, and automation. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, efficient, and user-centric applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy complex solutions using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx), including web parts, extensions, and application customizers.
- Lead the transition and refactoring of legacy SharePoint solutions (InfoPath, SharePoint Designer workflows, .NET-based server-side solutions) to modern M365 equivalents.
- Architect integrations between SharePoint Online and external systems using Microsoft Graph API, Azure Functions, and Webhooks.
- Utilize Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven) and Power Automate to extend SharePoint capabilities, replacing legacy custom code where appropriate.
Technical Stewardship
- Establish and maintain high coding standards, perform peer code reviews, and implement CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) for SharePoint solutions.
- Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, site architecture issues, and security vulnerabilities within the tenant.
- Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex technical issues, providing root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
Required Technical Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of dedicated professional experience in SharePoint development (SharePoint 2013/2016/2019/SE and SharePoint Online).
- Advanced proficiency in SPFx (SharePoint Framework), TypeScript, React, and modern JavaScript libraries.
- Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, Azure Functions, and API development (REST/OData/Graph API).
- Advanced capability in PnP PowerShell for site provisioning, tenant configuration, and administrative automation.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Power Automate (Complex Flows, Approvals) and Power Apps.
- Proficiency in Git/Version control and setting up automated deployment pipelines for SharePoint projects.
