Job title: SharePoint 2016 Developer (E2)

Contract
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint 2016 sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
• Build and manage workflow automation using Power Automate (Microsoft Flow).
• Migrate and convert legacy SharePoint Designer workflows to Power Automate flows.
• Customize SharePoint pages, forms, and solutions to meet business requirements.
• Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Outlook, and Power Apps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint workflow and automation issues.
• Manage permissions, security, and governance within SharePoint environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical workflow solutions.
• Perform testing, deployment, and documentation of SharePoint solutions.
• Provide support, maintenance, and performance optimization for SharePoint platforms.
Required Skills:
• Strong experience with SharePoint 2016 administration and development.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate (Flow) for workflow automation.
• Experience with SharePoint workflows (SharePoint Designer / Power Automate).
• Knowledge of SharePoint lists, libraries, permissions, and site collections.
• Experience with Power Apps integration with SharePoint.
• Basic knowledge of REST API, JSON, and SharePoint web services.
• Experience in workflow troubleshooting and optimization.
Additional Information:
Power Automate Workflow creation Proven experience developing and maintaining workflows using SharePoint Designer 2013.Understanding of SharePoint 2010 and 2013 workflow engines and their architectural differences. Ability to create and support custom workflows for document approval, content routing, task assignments, and notifications. Experience integrating workflows with on premises systems, including SQL databases, web services (RESTSOAP), and custom lists libraries. Strong knowledge of SharePoint lists, libraries, content types, site features, and workflow triggers. Troubleshooting expertise for workflow failures, permission-related issues, and platform dependencies. Familiarity with migration planning from SharePoint 2013 workflows to Power Automate or modern SPO workflows (nice-to-have).
