Job Overview
We are looking for a SharePoint Designer with approximately 3 years of experience to join a global team supporting modern digital workplace solutions.
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain modern SharePoint environments that enhance collaboration, streamline workflows, and improve the overall user experience across the organization.
You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and scalable SharePoint solutions, while ensuring consistency, usability, and strong platform governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop modern SharePoint sites (SharePoint Online preferred)
- Customize SharePoint pages using out-of-the-box features, web parts, and templates
- Create visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces aligned with business needs
- Build and maintain workflows using Power Automate (Flow)
- Manage permissions, site architecture, and content organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SharePoint solutions
- Ensure consistent branding and design standards across SharePoint environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues
- Provide documentation and user guidance when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Approximately 3 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint, preferably SharePoint Online
- Strong experience designing and customizing modern SharePoint sites
- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform)
- Experience with Power Automate (experience with Power Apps is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customization
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with global or distributed teams
- Knowledge of SharePoint governance and best practices
- Exposure to SPFx (SharePoint Framework) is a plus
