Sharang Shakti Private Limited, based in Gurgaon, is a defense robotics startup building cutting-edge UAV interception systems. We’re looking for a Finance & Compliance Executive to support our remote CA, CS, and HR teams in managing financial records, compliance documentation, investor reporting, and monthly due diligence.

Key Responsibilities:
Finance:
1. Maintain day-to-day financial books and records.
2. Track and reconcile bills, purchases, company assets, and inventory.
3. Assist CA in preparing monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and audits.
4. Support in monthly financial due diligence.
5. Help CA with GST, TDS, PF, and insurance-related filings.
Compliance & Company Secretary Support:
1. Maintain up-to-date records of all resolutions: BR, BM, AGM, EOGM.
2. Organize and archive all legal, regulatory, and statutory documents.
3. Support CS in ensuring compliance with ROC and other legal requirements.
4. Keep a record of NDAs, agreements, and other contracts.
Reporting & Due Diligence
1. Assist CA and CS in creating investor-ready reports and compliance documentation.
2. Support the company during financial and legal due diligence processes.
3. Maintain complete digital and physical documentation for audits and reviews.
HR & Administrative Coordination
1. Maintain payroll records and employee documentation.
2. Ensure smooth coordination with HR for documentation and internal audits.
✅ Requirements:
1. Master's or bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or a related field.
2. Prior experience in finance, admin, or compliance support roles.
3. Familiarity with Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting tools.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote professionals (CA, CS, HR).
