Project Engineers - Villa Projects

Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for dynamic Project Engineers in our UAE projects , preferably working experience in Villa projects. Roles and Responsibilities Ownership & Timeline Management: Fully oversee the project, ensuring adherence to program timelines. Work Progress & Cost Control: Develop recovery and acceleration plans to maintain progress while staying within budget. Coordination & Integration: Collaborate with multiple agencies, including subcontractors and MEP coordinators, to seamlessly integrate workflows and prevent delays. Efficiency & Waste Reduction: Minimize waste in labor, materials, and equipment, prioritizing first-time accuracy to prevent rework. Safety & Compliance: Enforce company safety regulations with zero tolerance for unsafe practices and conduct training sessions for supervisors and workmen. Daily Planning & Communication: Hold morning briefings to align supervisory teams and workmen on daily and weekly objectives. Resource Allocation & Support: Provide supervisors with clarity on the broader project plan and ensure timely access to manpower, equipment, and materials. Productivity Optimization: Strategically allocate workforce resources according to program priorities. Resource Balancing: Identify and planning of resources for effective resource levelling. Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster positive relationships with consultants and work closely with QC teams for work approvals. Progress Tracking & Reporting: Maintain daily records of progress, reconcile with the planning team, and take proactive measures to prevent delays.
