Position Summary: Perform finance and accounting clerical work. Prepare, compile, and analyze financial information for presentation in a variety of financial reports within the company.
Essential Job Functions include, but not limited to, the following:
- Process routine procedures to support the finance function.
- Perfom basic troubleshooting to reconcile account balances and inquiry to obtain missing information or verify unusual data
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze the AR / AP modules.
- Assist in month-end closing.
- Assist with treasury functions including approval and release of ACH and Wire Payments.
- Perform postings and prepare monthly reconciliations of the General Ledger.
- Assist in financial audits.
- Assist in writing and updating procedures for all responsibilities.
- Identify and train a back-up(s) to manage key tasks when absent.
- Additional functions not specifically outlined in this position description as directed by the leader.
