Your primary responsibility will be to operate the lift system efficiently, providing a seamless and enjoyable ride for all participants. You will also be tasked with monitoring the lift operations, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and assisting guests with any inquiries or concerns. This position requires a strong focus on customer service, as you will be the first point of contact for many visitors. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to creating a memorable and safe recreational experience for all guests at our facility.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to work in outdoor conditions and adapt to changing weather.Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.Must be available for Weekends, Holidays and Evenings.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in a lift operation or similar role in the hospitality or recreation industry.First Aid and CPR certification.Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols in recreational settings.Responsibilities:Operate the lift system for the tubing park, ensuring smooth and safe transportation of guests.Monitor lift operations and perform routine checks to ensure safety standards are met.Assist guests with boarding and disembarking from the lift, providing clear instructions and support.Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.Skills:The required skills for this position include strong communication abilities, which are essential for interacting with guests and ensuring they feel comfortable and informed during their experience. Attention to detail is crucial as you will need to monitor lift operations closely and identify any potential safety issues. Customer service skills will be utilized daily as you assist guests and address their needs, enhancing their overall experience. Additionally, the ability to work as part of a team will be important, as you will collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment. Preferred skills, such as knowledge of safety regulations, will further enhance your effectiveness in this role, ensuring compliance and guest safety.
