Provide friendly phone greetings and appropriate routing of calls
Sort and process purchase orders, delivery tickets and invoices with high degree of accuracy relating to multiple companies and jobs
Meet deadlines for prior month invoice entries
Accurately track due dates
Provide aging information to owner for invoice payment selection
Process selected invoice payments
Verify account payable balances to monthly vendor statements
Monitor utility payments for reasonableness
Process credit card statements with verification of receipts
Maintain an efficient filing system that will be conducive to audit testing
Cross training to other duties as needed
Greet visitors and offer refreshment
All other duties as assigned
Prolonged exposure to computer screens, mobile phone screens
Visually seeing equipment operations well (either naturally or with corrective lenses)
Standing, stooping kneeling, squatting, climbing or sitting for long periods of time
Repetitive movements by feet, shoulders, arms, wrists, hands and back in performance of work
Lifting 25 lb. objects as required
Carrying 25 lb. objects as required
Remaining calm during emergencies and respond appropriately as dictated by the circumstance of the incident
Ability to work more than 40 hours in any given week including weekend assignments and holidays as required
