Hiring: Shadow Teacher

Budget : 15-20k ( depending on the experience)
We are looking for a compassionate and patient Shadow Teacher to support a 6.5-year-old child in a school environment.
Candidates with a background or knowledge in Child Psychology, Psychology, Special Education, or Inclusive Education will be preferred.
The role involves supporting the child’s learning, classroom engagement, emotional comfort, and communication journey in a gentle and encouraging manner.

Roles & Responsibilities
Support the child throughout the school day and classroom activities
Help track the child’s learning progress and engagement
Provide emotional reassurance and gentle communication support
Assist the child in social interaction and classroom participation
Work closely with teachers and parents to support the child’s development
Maintain simple observations and updates on the child’s progress

Preferred Skills
Patience, empathy, and calm communication
Basic understanding of child behaviour and emotional needs
Prior experience working with children is a plus
Strong observation and interpersonal skills
