Job Description
As a Short Form Video Editor at Shadow Light Studios, you will play a pivotal role in creating high-quality, engaging videos optimized for audience retention. You will collaborate closely with our creative team to ensure content aligns with client brand guidelines and messaging across various industries.

Responsibilities
- Innovate & Adapt – Edit and adapt to various editing styles.
- Motion Graphics & Sound Design – Incorporate animation and sound effects to enhance storytelling.
- Retention Optimization – Create videos with strong visual and audio hooks for short-form content.
- Brand Consistency – Edit videos to align with diverse industry brand messaging.
- Collaboration – Work with the creative team to understand client needs and maintain brand alignment.
- File Management – Maintain organized media assets and project files.
- Meeting Deadlines – Deliver high-quality content within strict timelines.
- Client Revisions – Provide timely edits and adjustments based on client feedback.
- Project Management – Handle 3-5 client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Continuous Learning – Stay updated with the latest video trends and editing techniques.
- Workflow Tools – Utilize ClickUp and Slack for efficient workflow management.
- Client Communication – Engage with clients as needed for revisions and alignment.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in video editing.

Compensation & Benefits
