Position Summary
The Shipping Associate is responsible for accurately preparing and shipping customer orders in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to ensuring all packages meet company standards for accuracy and presentation. During slower periods, this position will also assist with general warehouse support duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities

Pack and ship outgoing products daily, ensuring orders are completed correctly and on schedule
Count, verify, and compare items against packing slips and order documentation

Select appropriate packaging materials to ensure safe delivery of products

Check shipments for accuracy, including correct quantities, items, and labels

Process shipments using UPS and USPS systems and procedures

Differentiate between domestic and international shipments and follow proper shipping requirements

Maintain an organized and efficient shipping workspace

Assist with general warehouse duties during slower periods, including organizing inventory and supporting fulfillment operations
Qualifications & Skills

General knowledge of shipping carriers, including UPS and USPS

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment

Ability to stay focused on tasks with minimal distractions

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage workload independently
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday

Regularly lift and move packages up to 30 lbs

Occasionally lift packages up to 50 lbs
Schedule
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
