- Manage daily accounting operations, including financial transactions, journal entries, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis by preparing financial data, monitoring budget vs. actual performance, and assisting with audits and management reporting.
- Improve financial processes and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reporting using Excel, accounting software, and SAP knowledge.

- Record financial transactions, prepare journal entries, and maintain the general ledger
- Support the organization by monitoring and enforcing financial policies, procedures, and controls consistent with SFS Group guidelines.
- Compile financial data and assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Perform regular intercompany reconciliations
- Support annual budgets and year end financial audits
- Analyze costs, revenues, and financial commitments to support forecasting and budgeting
- Monitor budget vs. actual performance and explain variances
- Ensure compliance with recognized accounting standards
- Identify process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong Excel and accounting software skills
- Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Nice to have: SAP knowledge
