Job Description
Health Cloud capabilities, strong command of its data model, and expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and system integrations. The Technical Lead acts as the primary technical authority, translating architectural designs into actionable development tasks while ensuring adherence to coding standards, performance expectations, and security best practices.

- Lead and guide developers in configuring and customizing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
- Translate architectural designs into detailed development tasks and ensure high‑quality execution.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across Apex, LWC, APIs, and integration development.
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security compliance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and remove development blockers to ensure timely sprint delivery.
- Collaborate with the Architect to refine technical designs and validate feasibility.
- Leverage deep understanding of Health Cloud data structures to inform solution design and development.
- Estimate development efforts, identify technical risks early, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Mentor junior developers to grow their Salesforce platform skills and healthcare domain knowledge.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have experience implementing Salesforce Health Cloud, including strong knowledge of out‑of‑the‑box capabilities and data model.
- Experience in Claims Management on Salesforce Health Cloud (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Experience translating architectural patterns into executable development work.
- Strong understanding of Health Cloud‑specific data structures and healthcare processes.
- Hands-on experience with code reviews, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and guide teams to resolution.
- Experience estimating development tasks and identifying technical risks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team mentorship skills.
